I am a regular guy, passionate about my family and faith, and personal finance. In the last year, I became interested in the Keto Diet, modified humorously into The VD, The Vince Diet. As friends and family have joined me on The VD, they encouraged me to create a blog to teach others. Unfortunately, we have an epidemic weight gain in the US, and while resources are available to fight it, there can never be too much education (hopefully in a somewhat entertaining and irreverent manner by me) so that you will be encouraged to start your own weight management program. In the future, I plan to also develop a millionaire blog, as I think everyone should plan their lives in a manner that allows them to become millionaires!
